"John Cash is a very nice person, but unfortunately some the staff that work at this agency I can't say the same for. They are very unprofessional (just short and almost rude) I called spoke with an agent expressed my concern and was assured that she would look into it and call me back by the end of that day. I waited and gave it another day still no call. I kept calling even leaving messages and finally 4 days later I received a call back with an update (ridiculous) This agency could use customer service training 101because it seems as though some have forgotten that clients are the reason for the success of this agency. Simple common courtesy goes a long way. Update to this review .... I would have to say this is the most unprofessional group of " professionals" I have ever seen."

I feel they are complete liars. If I were you I would Find another Agent in the Suburbs. I should’ve went to my agent in Taylor. Never Again!"
